Disc Battle Event

A high-voltage DJ disc battle where beats clash, crowds roar, and turntables ignite. Spin harder, mix smarter, and drop the track that wins the night.

Rules and regulations:

• This is a solo event.
• This event is open to students from grades 8 to 1st year degree.
• Each contestant is required to make a mix of around 10 minutes. This mix must be the contestant’s own mix.
• Each mix will be judged based on the style of mixing, originality, perfection of transitions, etc.
• The mix has to be dance-music based. There is no limitation on the sub-genre.
• Each contestant has to submit the mix on Day 1 of the fest by 12 p.m.
• Contestants are required to submit the mix on a labelled pen drive. The top 4 will be chosen by the evening of Day 1, and the results will be put up at the earliest.
• The top 4 will get to play on the main stage on Day 2 during the ‘DANCE MUSIC FESTIVAL’ for a maximum of 10 minutes.
• Contenders wishing to make use of any other sort of equipment must carry it with them and notify the Event Heads at the earliest.
