The much awaited SJBHS Phenomenon 2017 was held on 27th and 28th of October, 2017 in the school premises. The school grounds were peppered with colourful stalls and pulsating music. The lively crowd at this carnival had something in store for everybody, be it children or adults. The stalls put up by teachers, student volunteers and other vendors offered a wide range of exciting games and activities, for all ages.

The gift coupons were redeemed at a fast rate going by the crowded gift stall as the participants came out looking bright and happy, clutching attractive prizes. The stalls also included an array of edible delights, a variety of rides, balloon modelling, lucky dip and temporary tattoo.

Several inter school competitions on dancing and singing, beat boxing, lip syncing and rap battles, filmmaking, photography, turntable, treasure hunts and sporting events of football, basketball, minute to win it games, fashion shows, literary contests like Air Crash, Personality, Mad Ads, Mock Rock, Jam, Debate, Meme battles, Quiz, Creative Writing and Pot Pourri were organised as a part of the carnival.

The special ISC flash mob, rock band performances, EDM shows and evening acts by Papa CJ and Indus Creed pulled in an enthusiastic crowd of visitors who together with the participants made Phenomenon 2017 a memorable one.
