Application forms for Admission to Std 11 for the academic year 2026-2027 will be issued online from Sunday, 1st February, 2026 onwards, till the date of declaration of the ICSE Results. They can be downloaded from the school website www.sjbhs.edu.in after filling in the necessary information. No offline application forms will be issued by the school office.
Admission is open to boys and girls who have passed the Std 10 ICSE / CBSE / Equivalent Examinations only.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Kindly go to the website at www.sjbhs.edu.in
Click on the ISC ADMISSION 2026 Button and click on the Apply Now Button.Fill in all the details in the application form correctly.
Kindly fill in the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination and upload a scanned copy of the Preliminary Examination Marks Card, duly attested by the Principal or Vice Principal and then click on the Submit Button. Any false information given in the application form will result in rejection of the application form.
Proceed with the online payment of the application fee of ₹500 through UPI/Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc.
Note: On the day of the ICSE Results, you are required to enter the Final Board Examination Marks in the online application (the link will be available on the website) and also scan and upload the web printout of the ICSE / CBSE / Equivalent Marks Card. It should be attested by the School Principal / Vice Principal.

Students who have scored above 85% in Std 10, may opt for Applied Mathematics in the Commerce Stream.
On the day of the interaction, the shortlisted students must submit a hard copy of the following documents along with the application form.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Corporation Birth Certificate (photocopy) with the child’s name.
Aadhaar Card of the child (photocopy).
Caste Certificate, if applicable.
Proof of current residential address (Passport/Aadhaar/Voter’s ID/Rental Agreement with latest Electricity Bill).
Details of sibling(s) currently studying at SJBHS (ID Card Photocopy of 2025-26), if applicable.
Proof of parent being an alumnus of SJBHS (TC/Marks Card Photocopy), if applicable.
The web printout of the ICSE / CBSE / Equivalent Marks Card attested by the School Principal / Vice Principal.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Note: Selection of candidates is based on the performance in the Pre-Board Examination as well as Final Board Examination.
Once the form is submitted, you will be able to download or print the soft copy.
A soft copy of the duly filled in E-application form will be generated with an E- application form number.

Those shortlisted will be required to come to school for an interaction with the Admission Committee.
Recommendations of any kind will lead to disqualification.
