The LTC which is co-sponsored by Thomas Thekkethala (Batch of 1977) under the aegis of ‘Learn for Life Foundation’ and the ‘Joy Thomas Foundation’ (In memoriam of Joy Thomas - Batch of 1977) is a center of excellence to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Education in urban and rural schools with in-person and remotely conducted programmes and workshops. The LTC's mission is to develop compassion and social responsibility while shaping independent, inquisitive and scientific minds to harness the power of globally emerging technologies.

Develop co-curricular STEM programmes for school clubs, after school workshops and weekend seminars at SJBHS

Expand LTC facilities and programmes to other local and rural school in Kamataka

Raise awareness of STEM education through the press and media

Engage corporate donors to expand STEM education to rural schools and to offer on-site visits and student internships.

AURUM STEM Fest combines innovation and exploration with dynamic competitions spanning robotics, coding, science fairs, engineering design, and mathematical puzzles. Participants engage in hands-on challenges, fostering problem-solving skills and technical expertise. The fest fosters excellence and collaboration, inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders through teamwork and perseverance.
