PTA Annual General Body Meeting

The grand annual event which brings teachers and parents together as collaborators – the PTA AGM, was held on 5 October. The lighting of the lamp was followed by a prayer. The Invocation song ‘Here I am Lord’ by the SJBHS music team was sung was followed by Secretary of the PTA, Ms Priyadarshini, reading the notice convening the meeting.
This notice, after being proposed and seconded for approval, was followed by the reading and adoption of the Annual Report 2020-21 by the Vice President of the PTA, Mr Clifton Pinhero. The financial report for the previous academic year was also read by Mr. Clifton, which was also passed for the AGM report. The formalities of the AGM were, thus, stamped and sealed.
