In Norse mythology, Bifrost is the rainbow bridge that links Midgard to Asgard- tethering the earth to the heavens: the temporal to the eternal.

Bifrost, in a similar fashion, is symbolic of the transient nature of the radiant bridge - serving as a medium to connect the various avenues of commerce.
