Birthday Blessings for Mr. Brian McKertish

Held on the 14th of July 2025, SJBHS celebrated the birthday of our Vice Principal, Mr Brian McKertish. It was a joyous occasion filled with warmth and good wishes. The prayers and intentions, the songs and speeches all spelt out the dedication and sincerity of Mr McKertish as he completes 33 years of service in the school. There was utmost regard for his contributions as a teacher, coordinator and now the Vice Principal.

Fr Norwin Pereira SJ, Principal of the SJBHS, in his message, thanked God for the gift of life of Mr Brian and interceded to the Heavenly Father to bless the Vice Principal with an abundance of wisdom and grace to continue to reach out to the young hearts to find meaning and guidance in their lives. Father asked the staff to pause and ponder on their own blessings and thank God for the gifts bestowed.

Mr McKertish thanked the staff for their love, support and good will. The celebrations ended with fun, frolic, cake cutting and high tea.
